Terms of Use
These terms cover how a bay is booked and used at SQUADBAY. Booking a room means the captain and the squad agree to them. They are written to keep every bay private, fair and running on time.
ABookings
- 1Rooms are booked by the whole bay, never by a single seat. The captain who books is responsible for the block.
- 2The tab is split evenly across the players who show and is settled at the desk on arrival.
- 3A confirmed bay is held for the booked time. Arriving late shortens the block; it does not extend it.
BChanges and cancellations
You can move a booking up to six hours before your block and we will hold your seats on a new slot if one is open. Later changes are handled at the desk and depend on what the schedule board allows that night. If your squad is short a player, post the open seat on the club board rather than leaving it unbooked.
CUsing a bay
Each bay is a shared workspace for one squad. Treat the stations, boards and shared core with care. Keep coordination to your own voice channel so the room next door stays on comms. Scrim mode runs on the front-screen clock — follow the pause protocol so rounds stay clean and the block ends on time.
DConduct
- 1Be civil with staff and with squads in other bays. Harassment ends a session with no refund.
- 2Food and drink stay in the core unless the desk says otherwise; water is welcome at the stations.
- 3Damage to equipment beyond normal use may be charged to the booking captain.
EPlay and content
SQUADBAY is a place to practice, scrim and play together. Tournaments and ladders we host are scored on points, hours and skill only. This is an entertainment venue: there are no money stakes of any kind, and the disclaimer below applies across the whole site and every room.
FLiability
We keep the rooms in good working order, but we are not responsible for personal belongings left in a bay or in the core. Use the space sensibly and report any fault at the desk so we can fix it for the next squad.
