This notice explains what SQUADBAY collects when you book a team room, contact us or browse this page. We keep it short because we keep the data short. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will walk you through it.

AWhat we collect

• 1Booking details you type into the Book a bay form: team name, captain email, date, bay type and squad size.
• 2Anything you send us directly by email or phone when you ask a question or change a booking.
• 3A single consent cookie that records you have seen our cookie notice — described below.

We do not ask for identity documents, and we do not store payment details on this site. The tab for a bay is split and settled in person at the desk.

BWhy we use it

Booking details let us hold the right room for the right squad at the right time, and reach the captain if a slot needs to move. Messages you send are used only to answer you. We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for their own use.

CCookies

This site sets one cookie, named cookie_consent, only after you press Accept on the banner. It stores the word "accepted" so the banner stays hidden on your next visit for about a year. It carries no tracking identifier and follows you nowhere. If you press Decline, no cookie is stored and the banner simply closes for that visit. You can clear the cookie any time through your browser settings.

DHow long we keep it

Booking records are held while your reservation is active and for a short period afterwards for scheduling and support, then cleared. Email threads are kept only as long as they are useful for answering you. You can ask us to delete your booking details, and we will remove them unless we are required to keep a record.
